 The mission of Blaine County Emergency Communications is to enhance quality of life in the community by providing 9-1-1 service, and by dispatching law enforcement, fire, EMS and rescue services to the citizens of Blaine County. This is accomplished by establishing partnerships with the participating agencies that encourage trust, mutual respect, understanding, cooperation and a desire to develop problem-solving strategies to address the unique challenges to public safety in Blaine County. 
 
The Blaine County Emergency Communications Center exists to provide the citizens and guests of its service communities an effective means by which to summon both emergency and non-emergency public safety assistance and to provide a high quality gateway to public safety through technology and teamwork.
 
In order for our public safety responders to provide the highest level of prompt and professional service, the Communications Center staff must be able to gather and relay as much information as possible with the utmost of precision, accuracy and speed.
